great food begins with great ingredients which is why we use fresh, seasonal produce from local farms, free range chicken, hormone-free beef, all natural, hormone-free pork, and line caught fish. our noodles are fresh, not dried, and our bao buns are made especially for us in the san gabriel valley (i.e. the real deal). we’re la natives and buy local whenever possible, which is why we’ve selected some of la’s finest, like desserts from milk on beverly blvd. and organic coffees and teas from lamill in silverlake.
